This was sent to me at 3 AM this morning:

We are upgrading our webmail to a new version,we are also deleting user not active for we to create space for new user.For we not to delete your account you are hereby to summit the information below so that we can protect your account from be deleted and also upgrade your account for spam mail.

I don't think I'm about to summit anything, because my account gets plenty of spam mail as it stands.

I don't why I'm complaining about incompetent phishers when it's the smart ones I should be worried about, but I just have to vent sometimes.
