We would like to invite you to the “5thWorld Conference on Spamming Sciences” which will take place on February  2013, at the Freezing Cold University, in McMurdo Sound in Antarctica. The main theme of the Conference is announced as “Spamming for all”. This conference aims to bring together educational scientists, administers, counselors, education experts, teachers, graduate students, and civil society organization representatives to share and to discuss theoretical and practical knowledge in the scientific environment. The proceedings of the conference will be published by Procedia Spamming Sciences Journal (Elsevier) (ISSN: 0000-0666) and will be indexed in Science Direct, Scopus and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science). In addition, keynote speakers discussing cutting edge research and education initiatives, and workshops.

You will also have the chance to discuss personally your research and publication possibilities with the editors from highly respected international journals. We would like to invite you to share your expertise, your experience, and your research in spamming sciences with colleagues from your country and others. The possibilities for engaging discussion and valuable professional experiences are very promising!

·         All accepted papers of the conference will be published in Procedia-Spamming Sciences Journal(ISSN: 0000-0666) by ELSEVIER and will be indexed ScienceDirect, Scopus,and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
·         All proposals will be subjected to peer-reviews. Selected papers from the conference will be considered for extended version publication in the supporting journals. The selection rate for publication in supporting journals is 11.8 % at WCSS-2012.

VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION
Researchers who are unable to resolve the funding issue concerning the conference expenses will be provided with an alternative approach for participation, namely, Cheapass Online Presentation.
Those who would like to make their presentations online from their home countries will also be awarded with a certificate and their papers will be considered for publications similar to other participants as if they were present physically. Those who would like to make use of the Cheapass Online Presentation facility will be requested to send their virtual posters or other soft copy materials such as power point presentations to the secretariat. In addition, these participants who would prefer to make use of the Cheapass Online Presentation facility may also contribute to the conference through video conferencing.
