Inbred Provocative Nature

I get email:

Dearest,
I would like to draw your attention to the previous email I sent you.
It might have been junked by mistake or it escape from your view. In any case your feedback is very important to us!

We believe [DVD of a video available on YouTube but they want to sell to us anyway] is a must-have piece in a University Library because of its inbred provocative nature and the moltitude of topics that it touchs.
Hoping to hear from you soon,
Have a wonderful day!
I get a lot of emails hawking DVDs, which I find annoying as a) I don't make decisions about buying DVDs and b) the folks who do make decisions about buying DVDs don't welcome my input. I usually just delete the emails. Life is short. However, sometimes one just makes me shake my head. It's obvious that English is not the first language of whoever sent this missive, but, really, "Dearest"? Dearest?!? What's next? I suspect I'll find out.
